ROLE: Product Lead

I led more than ten design engagements with Apple, ranging from rapid sprints to multi‑month programmes. Each initiative focused on driving clear business outcomes by aligning design decisions with measurable KPIs and user engagement goals.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, I helped reimagine and enhance multiple internal-facing tools and experiences, including dashboards, websites vision, strategy work, event branding and communications.

Details of these projects are intentionally high-level due to NDA restrictions.
